A family led organisation, working across Central Scotland with families with a relative with a disability. We believe everyone is entitled to a good life. We build Circles of Support. Circles meet regularly to build friendships, plan for the future and to support families. Circles are facilitated by a Community Connector whose role is to get to know the individual, support them to think about hopes and dreams and to bring people together to form the Circle. We believe everybody should have the right to: make decisions, have a home , financial security, make future plans, loving relationships. We’ve found that planning for the future changes lives today. We hold workshops on Wills and Trusts, Financial Planning, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, and Housing Options.
