Cloch Housing Association is a registered social landlord operating in Inverclyde, Scotland. In 2018, the Association celebrated its 50th year in operation.

Currently owning just under 1400 units in Greenock, Port Glasgow, and Inverkip, Cloch also provides factoring services to owners in the area.  With a focus on communities and people, the Association prides itself on achieving high customer standards alongside a range of housing and community services.

Cernach Housing Association is a successful and well performing community-based registered social landlord (RSL) operating in the Drumchapel area in north west Glasgow. We act as community anchor organisation for Drumchapel and our vision is about “supporting a vibrant community by offering affordable, good quality homes and services with people at the heart of everything we do”.

Castlehill Housing Association is a registered charitable organisation, established in 1970. We have a long, successful track record in the provision of housing and associated support services. Our current housing stock includes general needs properties, amenity, sheltered and very sheltered housing.

We operate across three Local Authority areas; Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The bulk of our stock is for affordable rent but we also have a number of shared ownership properties. Cassiltoun Housing Association has now completed the allocation of 60 new homes (1 and 2 bedrooms) on Castlemilk Drive. This development increases Cassiltoun housing stock to owning and managing 1077 flats and houses. Our housing stock comprises of 1,2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties and is located within the south of Glasgow to the east of Castlemilk. Our properties are made up within the areas of: Machrie / Barlia, Hoddam / Ballantay, Castlemilk Drive / Cavin and Tormusk / Croftfoot.

Calvay Housing Association Ltd is a community controlled housing association operating in the Barlanark neighbourhood, which is located in the East End of Glasgow. The Association was established in 1985 to improve the housing conditions of local residents. Since then, the Association has gone on to refurbish in excess of 350 homes and has completed several phases of new build, creating new homes in the area.

Cadder Housing Association was established in 1993 and is a community based social housing landlord that aims to provide high quality housing and services to our tenants and other customers.
We evolved through 2 large scale housing transfers from Scottish Homes in 1994 and 1998. The Association now owns 694 properties and provides a factoring management services to 408 owner-occupiers.

Bridgewater Housing Association is a “not for profit” charitable social enterprise which provides housing and services at an affordable price to people on low incomes. 

Today Bridgewater manages around 851 social rented properties, together with 500 lock up garages and provides a factoring service to nearly 2700 owner occupiers.

The Association provides a range of accommodation and services for families, single people, the elderly and disabled people.  We provide, under contract to Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Councils, the Care and Repair Service for all three of these local authorities and we provide, under contract to Renfrewshire Council a Housing Support Service to 95 sheltered tenants.

Blairtummock Housing Association was registered as a Housing Association in May 1990 and has had two stock transfers from Glasgow City Council and two from Glasgow Housing Association. Wheatley Homes East provides affordable housing for people in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

Wheatley Homes East owns and manages around 6400 homes in the east of Scotland.

As an organisation we invest heavily in our homes. By 2020, we spent £30.5 million making our homes warmer, better and more energy-efficient.

We also provide support for people who are homeless.

Set up as a registered social landlord in 1986, the Association’s initial aim was to improve the tenemental properties in the centre of Barrhead and we soon thereafter started a programme of building new properties for rent. We are now a key locally controlled housing association owning over 940 properties through East Renfrewshire, although mainlly in Barrhead, Neilston, Newton Mearns and Thornliebank. The Association provides accommodation for general housing and also specialised housing including sheltered housing, wheelchair housing and housing for the elderly.

Our governance structure is based on a partnership between our tenants and Ayrshire’s communities. Our tenants and communities constituencies have 6 places each on the Board. We have a close working relationship with South Ayrshire Council on whose initiative our predecessor South Ayrshire Homes was formed in 1998.

We are a company limited by guarantee (no: 185652) and a Scottish charity (no: SC 027906).  Registered as a Social Landlord (no: 304), our performance as a landlord is monitored by the Scottish Housing Regulator.
