Atrium Homes

Atrium Homes is a Registered Social Landlord and Scottish charity, supplying, managing and maintaining more than 1,200 affordable rented properties across Ayrshire. It is a ‘not for profit’ company and the senior company of the Atrium Group.

Although we operate in nine different towns in Ayrshire, the majority of our housing stock is centred in and around Kilmarnock. While housing is our priority, we are also involved in many other activities within the areas we serve, helping to make them enjoyable places for people to live and raise their families.

As a ‘not for profit’ organisation, we reinvest any surplus funds we make each year in our housing accommodation and services to our tenants and other stakeholders.

Ark Housing Association

We provide 327 homes in an area that covers central Scotland; the east coast of Scotland from the Scottish Borders to Moray and on the Western Isles. Our housing stock includes flats, bungalows, detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, rooms in shared properties, houses of multiple occupancy and a Care Home.

Through our Asset Management Strategy Ark aims to ensure that customers’ homes are safe, compliant with current legislation, well maintained, that repairs and improvements are carried out when required and that customers are given reasonable choices about when work is done.

Argyll Community Housing Association

Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) is a Registered Social Landlord providing more than 5000 affordable homes for rent.

We aim to be a modern Landlord of choice in Argyll and Bute by meeting housing need and providing high quality services.

ACHA is a community led organisation directed by a voluntary Board of Management supported by Area Committees. We were granted charitable status in 2011, and are registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator as a charity (charity number SC042713). We are a not for profit Co-operative and Community benefit Society and everyone with an interest is welcome to become a member.

Ardenglen Housing Association

Ardenglen Housing Association was established in 1990 and is a registered charity. We own and manage just over 1000 properties offering high quality accommodation in the East End of Castlemilk, which is situated six miles South of Glasgow City Centre.
In 2020 we were proudly crowned Housing Association of the year.
Our vision is to transform communities by providing aspirational homes and services, to enhance the quality of life of our customers.

Angus Housing Association

Angus Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord and Community Benefit Society. The Association started in 1970.

We are a charitable, not-for-profit Housing Association registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator, governed by a Board of up to 15 members and we manage over 2,000 rentable properties across the Angus and Dundee areas.

Our Values are to contribute to providing high quality affordable housing for all those individuals, families and communities in Angus and Dundee who are in need of the fundamental human right of a decent, secure home to call their own.

Almond Housing Association

Almond Housing Association is the largest Housing Association in West Lothian. During the past ten years we have provided new affordable homes for more than 1800 people.

Most of our 2508 properties are located in the Craigshill, Eliburn, Howden and Ladywell areas of Livingston.

Our 20+ year history has seen our organisation mature into a key player in the economic and community development fields in wider West Lothian, providing quality housing for rent and shared ownership, and injecting millions of pounds into the local economy through our housing management, development, and maintenance work.

Albyn Housing Society Limited serves an ever-growing number of communities in the Highlands, providing good quality, affordable housing for thousands of people across the region.
Since its inception in 1973, the Society has listened and responded to the views of its customers, local government, communities and businesses in meeting housing needs in the Highlands.

Abronhill Housing Association

Abronhill Housing Association Ltd is a community based organisation and social landlord operating 258 general needs houses and flats in Abronhill area of Cumbernauld.

Abronhill Housing Association Ltd aim to provide a high quality locally based landlord service, which is locally controlled, consulting with and involving the community in key policy and other decisions.  At the same time we will manage our tenants’ money with care, taking all steps to ensure that the association provides a value for money service in all aspects of its business.

Our aim is to provide good quality affordable housing for people who want to live in Abronhill by giving a high quality housing service controlled by local people.

Abertay Housing Association

Abertay aims to enhance the quality of life in our communities.
Our purpose is to provide social housing to people in housing need. In addition, we are involved in various wider role activities.
We have around 1,800 houses in Dundee and Angus, including around 238 retirement housing properties which are situated at six complexes across the city. We provide a factoring service for over 2,000 properties purchased from Abertay or its predecessors.

Ancho

At Ancho, we pride ourselves on being one of Scotland’s most progressive and innovative housing associations. We have around 670 affordable homes, with the majority of them in North Ayrshire. We also provide a factoring service to around 200 homeowners.

We have a fantastic track record for delivering the kind of services our communities need and want.  In the last fifteen years, we have invested over £21 million into our local area, improving hundreds of lives and creating neighbourhoods where people really want to live.

We have never feared change – instead, we embrace it.  We don’t follow trends; we set them. We have always been open to new ideas and ensure we are quick to respond to them where they will benefit our customers.
