Molendinar Park Housing Association provides homes for rent in the Bellgrove, Bridgeton, Castlemilk and Dalmarnock areas of Glasgow. It also provides low cost home ownership opportunities through Shared Ownership and Shared Equity.
We currently own 498 flats and provides factoring services to 250 owner-occupiers. The Association also manages 84 shared ownership properties.

Milnbank Housing Association was founded in 1975 and is a Community Based Housing Association operating in the East End of Glasgow.
The Association is a non-profit making organisation registered as a Friendly Society and also registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator, who has a supervising and monitoring role in the Association’s activities. In June 2008 the Association became a registered charity.
As a registered Housing Association Milnbank Housing Association’s main function is the provision and management of affordable rented housing for people in need. The Association manages a stock of over 3,000 units.

Maryhill Housing is a charitable, community-based housing association operating in Maryhill and Ruchill in north west Glasgow. Our main role is to improve, build, manage and maintain homes. In 2017 we celebrated our 40th anniversary.
We have always been very proud of our communities and do much more than simply collecting the rent. We undertake a significant amount of regeneration activity to ensure Maryhill and Ruchill are great places to live.

Linstone Housing Association was set up in 1998 following a stock transfer from Scottish Homes. With around 1500 properties, we are one of the largest housing associations in Renfrewshire and most of our houses are in Linwood and Johnstone – hence the name.
In addition to being a landlord, we also act as estate manager to around 2000 owner occupiers and provide a factoring service to approximately 480 owners.
