Abertay aims to enhance the quality of life in our communities.
Our purpose is to provide social housing to people in housing need. In addition, we are involved in various wider role activities.
We have around 1,800 houses in Dundee and Angus, including around 238 retirement housing properties which are situated at six complexes across the city. We provide a factoring service for over 2,000 properties purchased from Abertay or its predecessors.

Almond Housing Association is the largest Housing Association in West Lothian. During the past ten years we have provided new affordable homes for more than 1800 people.

Atrium Homes is a Registered Social Landlord and Scottish charity, supplying, managing and maintaining more than 1,200 affordable rented properties across Ayrshire. It is a ‘not for profit’ company and the senior company of the Atrium Group.

Although we operate in nine different towns in Ayrshire, the majority of our housing stock is centred in and around Kilmarnock. While housing is our priority, we are also involved in many other activities within the areas we serve, helping to make them enjoyable places for people to live and raise their families.

Set up as a registered social landlord in 1986, the Association’s initial aim was to improve the tenemental properties in the centre of Barrhead and we soon thereafter started a programme of building new properties for rent. We are now a key locally controlled housing association owning over 940 properties through East Renfrewshire, although mainlly in Barrhead, Neilston, Newton Mearns and Thornliebank. Blairtummock Housing Association was registered as a Housing Association in May 1990 and has had two stock transfers from Glasgow City Council and two from Glasgow Housing Association. Since January 1992 the Association has refurbished some of these properties and demolished others which have been replaced with new build.

The Blairtummock, Rogerfield & South Rogerfield areas within Easterhouse are our area of operation.
