All People All Places was set up to provide emergency accommodation and support to people facing homelessness in the London boroughs of Haringey and Enfield.

All People All Places (APAP)

Enfield and Haringey Homeless Respite Service: casework. Pathway Planning process: signposting for guests. Guests are people who suffer from homelessness including those with No Recourse to Public Funds. Overnight Respite between December and March/April:  evening meal, bed and breakfast, suitability assessment mandatory.

BHT Sussex

BHT Sussex is a housing association and a homeless charity. We provide essential services across Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings, as well as elsewhere in Sussex.

C4WS Homeless Project

Winter night shelter providing emergency accommodation to around 80 people each year including asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. Guests work with the Welfare Team to secure available housing.  Jobs Club, Mentoring and Befriending Scheme, Home From Home (short-term hosting project for guests), food, showers and support for those in need.

C4WS Homeless Project

We are a charity that provides a homelessness shelter, and a mentoring and befriending scheme, English classes, a weekly Friday drop in club, our Jobs Club, a hosting scheme Home From Home, our Sunday Club and a Women’s Group.

Cornerstone Day Centre

Cornerstone Day Centre in Manchester works toward the prevention of people becoming homeless, secures safe accommodation for those that have become homeless and offers the support that people need to make a new home.

Crisis

We work directly with thousands of homeless people every year. We provide vital help so that people can rebuild their lives and are supported out of homelessness for good. We offer one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people.

Depaul

We work in local communities across the country to prevent and relieve the impact of homelessness on people’s lives. We prioritise young people, who are among the most vulnerable in society, and especially those who have previously had traumatic experiences.

Dunedin Canmore Housing Limited (Wheatley Group East)

Wheatley Homes East provides affordable housing for people in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

Wheatley Homes East owns and manages around 6400 homes in the east of Scotland.

As an organisation we invest heavily in our homes. By 2020, we spent £30.5 million making our homes warmer, better and more energy-efficient.

We also provide support for people who are homeless.

We know that not everyone is eligible for social housing – that’s why we are also increasing our number of homes available for market and mid-market rent, and shared ownership.

Evesham Vale Welcomes Refugees

We are a small but proactive charity based in Evesham & covering Pershore & all surrounding villages. We support all those seeking sanctuary in our area. We have a small Support Hub where we distribute clothing, SIM cards & other goods, provide information & advice & refer on to other relevant agencies. We provide several different levels of ESOL weekly & also Maths lessons for those wanting to access further or higher education. We assist with obtaining volunteering opportunities & employment where that is allowed. We support people to obtain housing, claim benefits & access bank accounts once Leave to Remain is in place. We organise social activities & outings & support children & young people to access & progress in education.

Forest Night Shelter

Forest Churches Emergency Night Shelter is an independent charity working to serve the needs of the homeless in Waltham Forest through the provision of a Winter Night Shelter, and a Drop-In/Advice Centre open Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 10am-3pm.

Glass Door Homeless Charity

Open-access, free Winter Nightshelters for the homeless between November and April. Local Connection or Recourse to public funds NOT required. Referrals via our website, calls or drop-ins. Casework at drop-in (advice and advocacy all year round) to people homeless or facing homelessness.

Housing Justice Hosting Project

Since September 2015 Housing Justice have run a Hosting Project for destitute asylum seekers in London, providing safe accommodation for a number of guests who otherwise have no entitlement to housing.

Integrated Care Network

Multi-disciplinary support for homeless people: multi-disciplinary approach, intensive case management, care plan by multi-disciplinary team, including peer advocacy, and homeless GPs. Access to 4 hostel beds (male and female) to support specific health needs and prevent unplanned hospital admission (unaccessible if No Recourse to Public Funds).
