Housing

We are a Registered Social Landlord and since 1992 we have built and rented homes as well as shared ownership and shared equity to people in housing need across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute.

We have houses in Dumbarton, Cardross, Gartocharen, Alexandria, Helensburgh, Garelochhead, Rosneath, Arrochar and Lochgoilhhead.

Our current range of housing consists of back and front door detached properties, cottage flats and tenements. These properties supply housing both for general needs customers as well as properties adapted for customers with mobility or other housing specific requirements. We also have 19 houses currently leased to various charities to provide support to adults with disabilities living in the community.
