Our casework team provides casework support for asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers who live in Bolton.

We work to promote independence, prevent destitution and support those seeking refuge to build their new home in the UK.

Evesham Vale Welcomes Refugees

We are a small but proactive charity based in Evesham & covering Pershore & all surrounding villages. We support all those seeking sanctuary in our area. We have a small Support Hub where we distribute clothing, SIM cards & other goods, provide information & advice & refer on to other relevant agencies. We provide several different levels of ESOL weekly & also Maths lessons for those wanting to access further or higher education. We assist with obtaining volunteering opportunities & employment where that is allowed. We support people to obtain housing, claim benefits & access bank accounts once Leave to Remain is in place. We organise social activities & outings & support children & young people to access & progress in education.

Flüchtlinge Willkommen (“Refugees Welcome”)

Platform conneecting refugees with locals who are willing to share their living space, in form of a traditional flatsharing arrangement, in a family context, with a single parent, or maybe a single person who has extra space available in their home. Key aspect: some form of cohabitation.

Gloucestershire Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers

GARAS opens the door to support those seeking asylum in Gloucestershire, welcoming them when they arrive, advocating for them in their daily struggles, supporting them if they face being sent back and helping them adjust to their long term future if they are recognised as ‘refugees’.

Govan Community Project is a community-based organisation working in south west Glasgow. We support the diverse community in Govan and Refugees & People Seeking Asylum all over Glasgow.

Just Shelter

An action group established by friends living in Earlsfield in response to the refugee crisis, Just Shelter provides direct aid to asylum seekers locally in the UK and in Northern France.

Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network

Advice on immigration (OISC level 3), housing and welfare, health, education and debt. Training and employment support, including volunteering, counselling and therapeutic activities for women who experienced gender-based violence. Addtional: ESOL, Literacy, Sewing and Knitting classes. Food parcel and a small amount of money provided to destitute clients.

Manchester Refugee Support Network

Manchester Refugee Support Network (MRSN) is a grass-roots organisation directly managed by refugee communities in Manchester. For over 24 years, we have been providing practical support to those fleeing persecution, conflict, and various forms of injustice and abuse.

Migrant Artist Mutual Aid

We are a cross national network of women, mothers, migrants, artists, academics and activists who work together to support members of our group who are seeking sanctuary, and campaign for justice in the migration system.

Migrant Help

Support, guidance and accommodation to vulnerable migrants across the UK, whether someone has fled persecution, escaped from slavery, seeking asylum, victims of human trafficking in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and support local authorities with the Syrian Vulnerable Person Resettlement scheme.

Migrants Organise

Migrants Organise provides a platform for refugees and migrants to organise for power, dignity and justice to enable meaningful inclusion and integration. We combine advice and support for individuals affected by the hostile environment immigration policies with community organising, advocacy, research and campaigning to help dismantle structural racism.

Our big vision is an inclusive and welcoming society with a fair immigration system based on principles of dignity, justice, welcome and action. Our mission is to create a platform with migrants and refugees and our allies to act together for justice and dignity. We will build a movement that delivers change.

NNLS Drop in

The Drop in supports destitute asylum seekers and their children. Our volunteers offer legal signposting, appointments with doctors and therapists, nutritious cooked food and a welcoming, warm and friendly space. Every client also receives a supermarket voucher and travel expenses.

North of England Refugee Service

For the last 30 years NERS has been working to improve the everyday life conditions of asylum seekers and refugees.

Support, information, advice (legal, money advice), interpreting services, classes and community events for newly arrived individuals and families, to help with resettlement and against destitution.
