Bridgewater Housing Association

Bridgewater Housing Association is a “not for profit” charitable social enterprise which provides housing and services at an affordable price to people on low incomes. 

Today Bridgewater manages around 851 social rented properties, together with 500 lock up garages and provides a factoring service to nearly 2700 owner occupiers.

The Association provides a range of accommodation and services for families, single people, the elderly and disabled people.  We provide, under contract to Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Councils, the Care and Repair Service for all three of these local authorities and we provide, under contract to Renfrewshire Council a Housing Support Service to 95 sheltered tenants.

Cadder Housing Association

Cadder Housing Association was established in 1993 and is a community based social housing landlord that aims to provide high quality housing and services to our tenants and other customers.
We evolved through 2 large scale housing transfers from Scottish Homes in 1994 and 1998. The Association now owns 694 properties and provides a factoring management services to 408 owner-occupiers.

Calvay Housing Association

Calvay Housing Association Ltd is a community controlled housing association operating in the Barlanark neighbourhood, which is located in the East End of Glasgow. The Association was established in 1985 to improve the housing conditions of local residents. Since then, the Association has gone on to refurbish in excess of 350 homes and has completed several phases of new build, creating new homes in the area.

Cassiltoun Housing Association

Cassiltoun Housing Association has now completed the allocation of 60 new homes (1 and 2 bedrooms) on Castlemilk Drive. This development increases Cassiltoun housing stock to owning and managing 1077 flats and houses. Our housing stock comprises of 1,2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties and is located within the south of Glasgow to the east of Castlemilk. Our properties are made up within the areas of: Machrie / Barlia, Hoddam / Ballantay, Castlemilk Drive / Cavin and Tormusk / Croftfoot.

If you are aged 16 or over, living in the area already or looking to move into the area, we will aim to supply you with the best advice on housing options available to you such as Mainstream Housing, Supported Accommodation, Mutual Exchanges and Shared Ownership.

Castlehill Housing Association

Castlehill Housing Association is a registered charitable organisation, established in 1970. We have a long, successful track record in the provision of housing and associated support services. Our current housing stock includes general needs properties, amenity, sheltered and very sheltered housing.

We operate across three Local Authority areas; Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The bulk of our stock is for affordable rent but we also have a number of shared ownership properties. We currently own and manage and factor over 1950 properties and over 10,000 households are registered with us seeking housing.
Through our subsidiary, Castlehill Housing Trust, we provide specially designed housing for people with particular needs.

Cernach Housing Association

Cernach Housing Association is a successful and well performing community-based registered social landlord (RSL) operating in the Drumchapel area in north west Glasgow. We act as community anchor organisation for Drumchapel and our vision is about “supporting a vibrant community by offering affordable, good quality homes and services with people at the heart of everything we do”.

We own 877 homes and we provide a management service to 17 sharing owners and 140 homeowners.  We’re a ‘not for profit’ organisation and a recognised Scottish Charity (SCO36607).

Cloch Housing Association

Cloch Housing Association is a registered social landlord operating in Inverclyde, Scotland. In 2018, the Association celebrated its 50th year in operation.

Currently owning just under 1400 units in Greenock, Port Glasgow, and Inverkip, Cloch also provides factoring services to owners in the area.  With a focus on communities and people, the Association prides itself on achieving high customer standards alongside a range of housing and community services.

The Group’s activities cover principally North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, with further work and new homes in partnership with East Dunbartonshire.

Clydesdale Housing Association

As a charitable Registered Social Landlord, we were established in 1987 by a voluntary committee of local people concerned about the poor condition of houses in some of the remote villages of Clydesdale and about the shortage of rented housing in the area.

Since 1987 over £30m of housing investment has been channelled through the Association – we have built over 600 houses.

Over 150 former Scottish Homes tenants in Lanark, Rigside, Kirkmuirhill and Carluke transferred their tenancies to the Association in 2002 and 2003.

We own and manage over 740 properties throughout the Clydesdale area of rural South Lanarkshire. We employ 16 staff.

Cordale Housing Association

Cordale Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity operating in the Renton area of West Dunbartonshire. Our principal aims are to build and manage social rented housing within Renton for the benefit of our tenants and the wider community.

We cater for many diverse needs, offering mainstream housing for families, couples and single people, as well as supported accommodation, sheltered housing and amenity and other specially adapted properties, including those specifically designed for wheelchair users.

Craigdale Housing Association is a social housing provider which builds, improves and manages houses, mainly for rent in the Castlemilk area of Glasgow.

Our origins date back to 1988 when a local residents group was established which led to a housing solution in the form of a stock transfer from Glasgow City Council to Craigdale Housing Association Ltd.

Dalmuir Park Housing Association

DPHA was formed in 1977 and registered as a housing association in 1978 in response to the “sub-tolerable” living conditions for the 900 or so tenement residents in Dalmuir.

We operate in the Dalmuir area of West Dunbartonshire where we currently own and manage 690 homes. This includes 18 shared ownership properties and 70 units located across 2 sheltered housing complexes. We are also a registered property factor and provide factoring services to 162 owners, of which 16 are sharing owners, and to 39 commercial units.

Drumchapel Housing Co-operative

Drumchapel Housing Co-operative is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) operating in the Northwest of Glasgow. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our tenants and service users. We will work in partnership with the local community to provide good quality homes and create a better Drumchapel. 

We have a total of 480 homes for rent which are mainly 3 and 4 storey tenements built in the 1950’s and refurbished between 1989 and 1996.  We also have a mixture of tenement flats, cottage flats, terraced houses, semi-detached and detached properties built between 1999 and 2005.

Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership/Wheatley Homes

Wheatley Homes South is Scotland’s second largest social landlord with more than 10,000 affordable homes across Dumfries and Galloway.
