Bridgewater Housing Association is a “not for profit” charitable social enterprise which provides housing and services at an affordable price to people on low incomes. 

Today Bridgewater manages around 851 social rented properties, together with 500 lock up garages and provides a factoring service to nearly 2700 owner occupiers.

The Association provides a range of accommodation and services for families, single people, the elderly and disabled people.  We provide, under contract to Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Councils, the Care and Repair Service for all three of these local authorities and we provide, under contract to Renfrewshire Council a Housing Support Service to 95 sheltered tenants.

Cadder Housing Association was established in 1993 and is a community based social housing landlord that aims to provide high quality housing and services to our tenants and other customers.
We evolved through 2 large scale housing transfers from Scottish Homes in 1994 and 1998. The Association now owns 694 properties and provides a factoring management services to 408 owner-occupiers.

Calvay Housing Association Ltd is a community controlled housing association operating in the Barlanark neighbourhood, which is located in the East End of Glasgow. The Association was established in 1985 to improve the housing conditions of local residents. Since then, the Association has gone on to refurbish in excess of 350 homes and has completed several phases of new build, creating new homes in the area.

Cassiltoun Housing Association has now completed the allocation of 60 new homes (1 and 2 bedrooms) on Castlemilk Drive. This development increases Cassiltoun housing stock to owning and managing 1077 flats and houses. Our housing stock comprises of 1,2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties and is located within the south of Glasgow to the east of Castlemilk. Our properties are made up within the areas of: Machrie / Barlia, Hoddam / Ballantay, Castlemilk Drive / Cavin and Tormusk / Croftfoot.

Cernach Housing Association is a successful and well performing community-based registered social landlord (RSL) operating in the Drumchapel area in north west Glasgow. Cloch Housing Association is a registered social landlord operating in Inverclyde, Scotland. In 2018, the Association celebrated its 50th year in operation.

As a charitable Registered Social Landlord, we were established in 1987 by a voluntary committee of local people concerned about the poor condition of houses in some of the remote villages of Clydesdale and about the shortage of rented housing in the area.

Since 1987 over £30m of housing investment has been channelled through the Association – we have built over 600 houses.

Over 150 former Scottish Homes tenants in Lanark, Rigside, Kirkmuirhill and Carluke transferred their tenancies to the Association in 2002 and 2003.

Cordale Housing Association is a community based housing association and registered charity operating in the Renton area of West Dunbartonshire. Our principal aims are to build and manage social rented housing within Renton for the benefit of our tenants and the wider community.

DPHA was formed in 1977 and registered as a housing association in 1978 in response to the “sub-tolerable” living conditions for the 900 or so tenement residents in Dalmuir.

We operate in the Dalmuir area of West Dunbartonshire where we currently own and manage 690 homes. This includes 18 shared ownership properties and 70 units located across 2 sheltered housing complexes. We are also a registered property factor and provide factoring services to 162 owners, of which 16 are sharing owners, and to 39 commercial units.

Drumchapel Housing Co-operative is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) operating in the Northwest of Glasgow. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our tenants and service users.
