Ore Valley Housing Association

Ore Valley Housing Association (OVHA) is a Registered Social Landlord who are based in Cardenden with around 750 properties located throughout Fife.

Our primary aim is to provide good quality affordable homes for rent.  We are also involved in a wide range of other projects supporting the communities where our homes are located.

Orkney Housing Association

We are the Orkney Housing Association, Limited (OHAL): a charitable not-for-profit organisation established in 1985, and the only housing association operating within Orkney.

Osprey Housing

Osprey is a modern housing organisation for modern times.

We are an ambitious, dynamic, caring housing and service provider with a clear vision of “making a difference every day”. With a focus on quality, we aim to provide a range of great homes in great places where people want to live - helping support and contribute to communities throughout Aberdeenshire, Moray and the City of Aberdeen. Paisley Housing Association

Paisley Housing Association is a charitable registered Social Landlord (RSL) and its core business is the provision of affordable housing and the delivery of housing related services.  Housing associations aim to provide good, low cost accommodation for people who really need it.

The Association now owns 1204 rented stock, part owns 2 shared ownership properties and 287 properties are factored under PSPS. The Association continues the tradition of improving tenemental property and building new houses throughout the Paisley area.

Paragon Housing Association

Paragon Housing Association Limited is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the Forth Valley area. We are a “not for profit organisation” and most of our income is used for the management, maintenance and improvement of our properties (over 1400 units) which are located in the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling local authority areas.

We provide homes at social rent levels and our tenants may be eligible for assistance with meeting their rental payments through housing benefits or universal credit.

We hold our own waiting list for prospective tenants and assist local authorities in meeting the local demand for housing by accepting nominations for vacant properties from their waiting lists.

Parkhead Housing Association

Parkhead Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the East End of Glasgow.

Established in July 1977 as one of Scotland’s first community based Housing Associations, PHA has a strong track record of development, innovation and fantastic work in the local community.

From its first acquisition in 1977 it now has a total stock exceeding 1700 units and also provides a factoring service to around 350 local owners. The stock comprises of both pre 1919 sandstone tenement properties and new build energy efficiency houses and flats.

Partick Housing Association

We are a leading, innovative, Scottish social housing provider, based in the West End of Glasgow.

We own and manage more than 1700 social rented homes and provide management services to over 2000 owners. These homes are located across more than 360 closes, with a mix of tenures, owners, commercial units and other factoring providers.

We are active developers of new homes for social and mid-market rent, shared equity and shared ownership.

We work in partnership with other housing providers, statutory bodies, community agencies and contractors to provide new homes, sustain tenancies and support economic and social regeneration.

Pineview Housing Association (Kendoor Housing Association)

“Pineview Housing Association aims to provide quality affordable homes, and deliver excellent service through listening to and engaging with our customers”.

Pineview manage 853 rented properties and provide factoring services to 22 shared owners and 30 owner occupiers in the Broadholm, Kendoon, Pinewood, Stonedyke and Waverley areas of Drumchapel.

Positive Action in Housing

Scottish-wide BME and refugee-led charity offering advice, information and support to new migrants, refugees and minority ethnic communities facing poverty, homelessness, racism or poor housing. We also support human rights and anti-racist campaigns. We offer training, consultancy and best practice guidance to Registered Social Landlords, local authorities, NGOs and minority groups.

Prospect Community Housing

Prospect began in 1988, when 8 local people came together and decided they wanted to build new quality houses in Wester Hailes and that’s exactly what they did. 

Prospect now have almost 900 homes in Wester Hailes.  These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates.  We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord.  We are registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Provanhall Housing Association

We are a Registered Social Landlord, which means we provide houses to people in housing need. We are based in the Provanhall area of Greater Easterhouse in the east end of Glasgow.

Our stock is a mix of general family homes, flats, amenity houses and wheelchair houses and flats. We also provide a factoring service to owner occupiers in our area.

Over the last few years we have become extremely busy working on wider role activities, that is, providing help and funding to local communities from everything from community facilities and environmental improvements to arts projects.

Queens Cross Housing Association

We’re a community based housing association and our Queens Cross vision is for excellent housing in vibrant communities. We are driven by our values of respect, integrity and aspiration.

We provide nearly 4,500 homes in an area that stretches north from Glasgow city centre along either side of the Forth and Clyde Canal. Our housing stock includes flats, deck access properties and traditional Glasgow tenements.

Reidvale Housing Association

Reidvale Housing Association is an independent community-based housing association established in 1975 and based in the East End of Glasgow.

Originally our aim was to preserve the tenement stock from demolition and we not only succeeded in this but have since refurbished over 1000 tenemental flats, built 180 new flats and carried out traffic calming measures to most of our streets.  We currently own 887 properties and provide factoring services to over 200 owner-occupiers,

We have worked to invest in our homes but we also place the wider community regeneration equally important as we commit to making our community a safe, secure and good place to live now and in the future.

River Clyde Homes

River Clyde Homes is an affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 customers in the Inverclyde area.

Led by a board of 12 members, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do and have structures in place to ensure that they have real influence. We also provide more than simple landlord services because we care about the people and the places where we work.

Riverside Scotland (Irvine Housing Association)

Since it was founded in 1993, Riverside Scotland has grown into one of the most ambitious, innovative and community-minded housing associations in the west of Scotland.

We now have more than 2,300 properties housing thousands of people across North Ayrshire, East Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway and most recently expanding into South Ayrshire.

In 2011, Riverside Scotland became part of The Riverside Group, one of the UK’s oldest and largest housing associations with 56,000 properties across 160 different local authorities. Since then, Irvine has continued its desire to grow and develop its services, through ambitious new-build programmes and further improvements and support for our existing customers.

Room for Refugees

Room For Refugees is a community hosting network that offers safe, temporary homes and pastoral support for insecurely housed refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable groups. Founded by Positive Action in Housing, we are challenging the “hostile environment” with a human response that is reaping life-transforming results for everyone who takes part.

As a “refugee host”, you decide how long you can offer a spare room or property. We screen all referrals to ensure a safe match, and our team are there to support you and your guest throughout the placement.

Rosehill Housing Co-operative

Rosehill Housing Co-operative have been refurbishing, building and managing houses for rent in Greater Pollok since 1988. We own and manage over 1000 properties for rent in the Pollok area. We have a wide range of property types including one to four bedroom terraced and semi detached houses and flats, all in purpose built estates. The build dates of our properties start from 1938 through to our most recent newbuild project which was completed in 2019. The majority of our housing stock is classed as “general needs” however a number of our new builds have been built to “for varying needs” standards which do provide some flexability with tenants and applicants with disabilties.
