Paragon Housing Association Limited is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the Forth Valley area. We are a “not for profit organisation” and most of our income is used for the management, maintenance and improvement of our properties (over 1400 units) which are located in the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling local authority areas.
We provide homes at social rent levels and our tenants may be eligible for assistance with meeting their rental payments through housing benefits or universal credit.
We hold our own waiting list for prospective tenants and assist local authorities in meeting the local demand for housing by accepting nominations for vacant properties from their waiting lists.

Parkhead Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the East End of Glasgow.
Established in July 1977 as one of Scotland’s first community based Housing Associations, PHA has a strong track record of development, innovation and fantastic work in the local community.
From its first acquisition in 1977 it now has a total stock exceeding 1700 units and also provides a factoring service to around 350 local owners. The stock comprises of both pre 1919 sandstone tenement properties and new build energy efficiency houses and flats.

Prospect began in 1988, when 8 local people came together and decided they wanted to build new quality houses in Wester Hailes and that’s exactly what they did.
Prospect now have almost 900 homes in Wester Hailes. These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates. We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord. We are registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Reidvale Housing Association is an independent community-based housing association established in 1975 and based in the East End of Glasgow.
Originally our aim was to preserve the tenement stock from demolition and we not only succeeded in this but have since refurbished over 1000 tenemental flats, built 180 new flats and carried out traffic calming measures to most of our streets. Room For Refugees is a community hosting network that offers safe, temporary homes and pastoral support for insecurely housed refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable groups. Founded by Positive Action in Housing, we are challenging the “hostile environment” with a human response that is reaping life-transforming results for everyone who takes part.
As a “refugee host”, you decide how long you can offer a spare room or property. We screen all referrals to ensure a safe match, and our team are there to support you and your guest throughout the placement.

Rosehill Housing Co-operative have been refurbishing, building and managing houses for rent in Greater Pollok since 1988. We own and manage over 1000 properties for rent in the Pollok area. We have a wide range of property types including one to four bedroom terraced and semi detached houses and flats, all in purpose built estates. The build dates of our properties start from 1938 through to our most recent newbuild project which was completed in 2019. The majority of our housing stock is classed as “general needs” however a number of our new builds have been built to “for varying needs” standards which do provide some flexability with tenants and applicants with disabilties.
